The AMA has asked that marijuana be removed from the Schedule 1 drug list

The American Medical Association has asked the federal government to modify the classification of marijuana as a dangerous drug with no accepted medical use.
Schedule 1 is the most restrictive category and also includes heroin and LSD.
In changing its policy, the group said its goal was to clear the way to conduct clinical research, develop cannabis-based medicines and devise alternative ways to deliver the drug.

They already have drugs that are derived from cannabis. I think the AMA memebers are on drugs. LMAO I wonder what kind. It must be some kind of hallucinogen that makes you paranoid. I guess they think that other prescription drugs are not going to get bought because everyone will be smoking pot. What a waste of friggin time. Why don't they work on something useful like affordable healthcare from all of their rich members
