Reason enough for impeachment

In early 2001, the Federal Emergency Management Agency issued a report stating that a hurricane striking New Orleans was one of the three most likely disasters in the U.S., including a terrorist attack on New York City. But by 2003 the federal funding for the flood control project essentially dried up as it was drained into the Iraq war. In 2004, the Bush administration cut funding requested by the New Orleans district of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for holding back the waters of Lake Pontchartrain by more than 80 percent.
So how many more deaths and how much more destruction will we have to endure because Chimpy ignores warnings from experts who know what they're talking about?

Read all about it.

Watched Joe Scarborough last nite just ripping the governmment about their slow response to this disaster. He said that N.O., sometimes referred to as " The City That God Forgot ", should now be called " The City That Government Forgot ". Good one !

This was just a catastrophe waiting to happen. The only surprising thing is that it didn't happen decades ago. New Orleans is handicapped by its geographical location, but compound that problem with the "progress" that real estate developers (remember what Jeb Bush did before he was elected?) continue to inflict upon the environment, and you have a huge mess. Both the people that live in these vulnerable areas, and the government (federal, state), should have clear plans for evacuation, aid and survival once these disasters strike.
