There's a case going on over in Daytona Beach right now where the city is trying to pull rank and evict all the shop owners on the boardwalk, many who have been there for years, in favor of a private luxury condo developer. Whether new condos would be an improvement or not is debatable, what sucks is that private companies are using the new ruling to just take what they want! A ruling is expected this week, I'll keep you posted.
