The DeLand (FL) City Council voted against the use of
touch screen Diebold vote stealing machines. Now they face lawsuits declaring the county in violation of the law. It stems from the fact that the only devices currently certified in Florida to meet the accessibility requirements of the disabled are

If the lawsuit is successful, it will be almost impossible for local governments to stop the invasion of
