Another Texas baby likely to be put to death

And not a peep from the Republicans on this one either.

The baby died before they removed life support.

Congress is going to overturn the law that Chimpy signed..

Jackson Lee has said she plans to write legislation that would allow parents to keep a hospital from removing life support from their sick child.

The Advanced Medical Directives Act, signed by then-Gov. George W. Bush, requires that the hospital wait 10 days to give relatives time to arrange for a transfer.

Jackson Lee's proposed federal legislation would essentially undo the Texas law.
